These are literally my notes on the things I eat, cook, and grow.
I have been vegan for almost half of my life, so naturally, most of the things I document here are vegan. I am also a Korean person living in New York. There are about 87,000 of us here, so, maybe I’m someone you know. Chances are, if you’re reading this, I probably told you about this and already know me fairly well. I grew up in a big city. Now I live a provincial life in the idyllic Northern Brooklyn, in the semi-industrial part.
Industrial can be idyllic. Trust me.
